The NBAA Workers' Compensation Insurance Program was introduced in 2009 to provide high-quality coverage at competitive rates for NBAA member companies. Insurance contracts are issued by: Old Republic Insurance Company.

The NBAA Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program is offered exclusively to NBAA Members who operate aircraft – regardless of size or member category. It is designed to provide a superior more cost-effective approach to workers’ compensation insurance. In addition, there is the opportunity for participating companies to be rewarded for providing employees with a safe work environment and thereby reduce the ultimate cost of insurance protection. Policies cover employees involved with a company’s flight operations including pilots, maintenance technicians, flight attendants, flight department managers, and aircraft operators. There are even provisions for companies who use contract pilots, contract flight attendants, and other contract personnel.

Insurance coverage is provided by: Old Republic Insurance Company. Dividends are declared by Old Republic International Corporation's Board of Directors and are dependent upon the NBAA group loss experience and therefore are not guaranteed. Past dividends should not be considered as an indicator of future performance.

    Obtaining a quote is easy.

NBAA Member companies that are not participating in the Workers' Compensation Insurance Program, but would like to know more should contact their local aviation insurance agent.
